The sale will be offered in Lot 1, the facility equipment in its entirety.
Lot 2, all the equipment will be offered piecemeal.
The higher monetary realization between the two lots will be awarded to the successful bidder or bidders.
Any interested parties interested in bidding for the equipment in its entirety, must submit a deposit in way of a cashier’s check made out to BIDITUP Auctions Worldwide, Inc. or Wire Transfer in the amount of $1 million dollars 24 Hours prior to the sale.
